Ionia Sentinel - 2 November 1964
Steven Mark Thompson, 23 month old son of James and Germaine Fernholz Thompson 
444 Jermyn Street, died Monday morning at Ionia County Memorial hospital 
following a lingering illness.  Surviving besides his parents are three 
brothers, Michael, Randy and Douglas; one sister, Kay Marie, at home; his 
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Thompson of Ionia and Mr. and Mrs. Fred 
Fernholz of Portland; and his great-grandparents, Mr and Mrs John Schafer of 
Portland and Mrs Mary Shannon of Lansing.  Funeral service will be Wednesday at 
10 am at Boynton funeral home.  Burial will be at Mt. Olivet cemetery.
