He came to this country from England about 21 years ago and later went to Canada, coming from there to Danby and then to his late home, he was sick for about a week with inflammation of the bowels. Brief services were held at the house Wednesday morning by Rev. A. Secord and his remains were taken to Danby for interment. Deceased was a member of the Congregational church, an excellent neighbor and his death a severe blow to the family. He leaves besides his wife, one son, Chas. And one daughter, Mrs. Bertha Welfare of this city.
