Margaret C. Tingley, 72, of 13380 Seven Mile Road, Belding, died Tuesday, July
9, 1991, at St. Mary’s Hospital, Grand Rapids.  She was born July 13, 1918, in
Belding, the daughter of Maurice and Winnie Chapman Nash.  She was a member and
past president of American Legion Auxiliary 203 and a member of VFW Auxiliary
4406.  She graduated from Belding High School in 1937.

Surviving are her husband, Basil; a sister, Agnes Hallock, Gowen; several nieces
and nephews.

Funeral services are 2:30 p.m. Friday at Huffman Funeral Home, Belding, the Rev.
Kenneth Harger officiating.  Burial is in Rest Haven Memory Gardens.  The family
will receive relatives and friends at the funeral home Thursday from 2 to 4 and
7 to 9 p.m.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
