Ionia Sentinel - 25 January 1967
Henry G. Tischer, 81, retired farmer of Route on, Lake Odessa, died suddenly at 
his farm home on M50 west of Lake Odessa, Tuesday afternoon.  Son of Fred and 
Margaret Henney Tischer, he was born March 28, 1885 in Barry county.  He was a 
lifelong resident of the area and had lived on the same farm 46 years in 
Campbell township.  August 16, 1919 he married Olive Long who survives him.

Funeral service will be at Pickens Funeral Chapel in Lake Odessa Friday at 1:30 
pm with the Rev. Simon Torohian of Grace Brethren church officiating.  Burial 
will be in Clarksville cemetery.
