Lake Odessa wave-Thurs. March 30, 1950

Tischer Child Dies At Age of 22 Months
Cameron Thane Tischer, twenty-two months old son of Mr. and Mrs.Gerald Tischer of 
Campbell township was found dead in bed at their home about 8 o'Clock last Thursday
morning. The child had been ill with measles and complications developed which is
thought to have caused his death. Coroner Dale Kauffman of Ionia was called.

Surviving besides the parents are three sisters, Janet, Linda and Ann Marie, a
brother Corwin, all at home, on e grandmother, Mrs. Grace Tischer of Lansing, also aunts and
uncles and other relatives.

Funeral services were held Sunday at 2 at the Pickens chapel with burial in lakeside
cemetery. Rev. George Nieman of the Zion Lutheran church, Woodland, officiated.
