                                     TOBIAS

Carlton "Toby" Tobias passed away December 23, 2022-in the comfort of his home, 
surrounded by his family.

Toby was born November 13, 1931 in Mancelona, Michigan. he was the son of Milo 
and Edith Tobias.

He married Joan Smock on June 14, 1953 and they shared 69 years of marriage.

Toby's love for Jesus was heard by every person that he talked to and every life 
he touched.

Surviving are his wife, Joan Tobias of Orleans, son, Jimmy Tobias of Lyons, 
daughter, Cindy(Fred) Cowles of Orleans, and son, Tim (Nancy) Tobias of Orleans; 
grandchildren; Joanna Owens, Megan Tobias, and Nathan Vest; great-grandchildren; 
Taylor Wood, Katie Misner and Aubrey and Landon Edwards.

Toby was preceded in death by his son, Toby Tobias in 1954.

A special thank you to Spectrum Hospice of Grand Rapids for their loving care of 
Toby for the past years.

Interment will take place in the spring at Woodard Lake Cemetery. Arrangements 
are entrusted to Lehman Funeral Homes. Online Condolences may be made at
