Death’s Harvest.

The Grim Messenger Visits Three Homes Near Saranac.

Saranac, Jan. 16. – (Special cor.) – Silas Toles of Boston, and one of our old
settlers died at his late residence north of the river Friday night.  Funeral
Sunday.

[Transcriber's Note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that he was
buried in White (Toles) Cemetery.]
