Tower, wife of Col. Osmund H. Tower, were held, and the funeral cortege came to Ionia, where the interment took place in the Highland Park cemetery. Rev. F. W. Ingvolstad officiated at the services. Mrs. Tower was 56 years of age, and had lived 30 years of her life in Lansing. She was an active worker in the Central Methodist Episcopal church there. She was a member of the Womans’ historical club, of the civic committee of the woman’s clubhouse association, of the Delta Delta Delta sorority of the University of Michigan. Besides her husband and two daughters, Margaret, who lived at home and Mrs. A. M. Dean, of Detroit, she leaves two sisters, Miss Nellie A. Brown Washington, D. C., and Mrs. Faye Klopp, of Jackson, and a brother Milton M. Brown, of Thomson Ga.
