The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, May 4, 1931

Mrs. Mary Towers, 71, wife of Almon Towers, 429 Lafayette street, died 
Saturday afternoon at 5 o’clock following a long illness.  The only near 
surviving relative is her husband.

The funeral services will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the 
Boynton funeral chapel by Rev. John Young.  The interment will be in the 
Orleans cemetery.
