Julianne M. (Juli Schafer) Town, aged 41, of Stanton, went to be with her 
heavenly Father Jan. 12, 2008.  Juli was born May 21, 1966 in Ionia the 
daughter of Roman Schafer of Lyons and Dianne (Mark) Anthony of Avon Park, 
Fla.  She was a dedicated mom.

Juli is survived by her sons Anthony, Tyler and Jordan and their father Robert 
Town II; her mother and father, in-laws Robert (Charlene) Town; brother and 
sisters Roman (Pennie) Schafer of Lyons, Cari Hampshire (Chris LyVere) of 
Lyons, Deanne (Scott) Fell of Ionia, John Schafer (Nikki Levering) of Lyons, 
Angi Schafter (Darvin Cook) of Vestaburg and Marci Schafer of Germantown, Md.; 
nieces Pam, Jennifer and Cati; nephew CJ, Terry Briant, Zakk, Machally, 
Charlie, Makenzie and John Charles and sister-in-law Becky Town.  She is also 
survived by her loving stepfamily Amy (Kurt Baegert) and children Nathan, 
Gracie and Zach of Portland, Jessica (Curt) Webb and Caleb of Lyons, Mark 
Anthony (Nicole Sweet) and Wyatt of Lyons and Shawn (Shelly) Anthony of 
Portland and special friends Chris Young and JoAnne Hayes.

She as preceded in death by her son Robert III and her grandparents Alfred and 
Viola Schafer and Charles and Winefred Shunk.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic 
Church in Pewamo with Rev. Charlon Mason celebrant.  Interment Oakwood 
Cemetery in Muir.  Visitation will be on Wednesday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8:30 p.m. 
at the Lake Funeral Home in Muir.  There will be a scripture service Wednesday 
8 p.m. at the funeral home.  Those wishing may make memorial contributions to 
Juli’s family.
