Ionia Sentinel - Thursday, April 5, 1900

Mrs. Luna Townsend died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. O.W. Canouts, last 
Thursday evening of consumption. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 
Hubbardston, Rev. F.C. Festler in charge. The deceased was about 80 years of 
age and leaves four surviving children.
