Services at Hastings For Glenna Townsend

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 3:30 at the Leonard Osgood 
Funeral Home at Hastings for Mrs. Glenna V. Townsend, 81, of Hastings, 
grandmother of Mrs. Gene (Trudy) Shade, with burial in the Hastings Township 
Cemetery. She passed away Thursday September 11 at the Provincial House, 
Hastings following an extended illness and had been at the rest home since 1972.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Don (Elaine) Welfare of Hastings and Mrs. Pat 
(Grace) Hager of Vermontville, seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
