George R. Trann, 62, of Belding, passed away Saturday evening, April 22, 2005 
at his home.  He was born on June 14, 1943 in Belding the son of Raymond and 
Evelyn Mason Trann.  George graduated from Belding High School with the Class 
of 1961 and received an Associates Degree from Davenport College.  He had 
worked at Gibson’s in Belding and later in Greenville.  He will be greatly 
missed by his family and friends.  

George is survived by his father; Raymond and Dorothy Trann of Smyrna, his 
sister and brothers; Judy Hysell, Doug and Terrie Trann and Dan and Regina 
Trann, all of Smyrna.  He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great 
nieces, great nephews and special friends Gordon Wieringa and Larry Enbody.  
George was preceded by his mother Evelyn, sister Linda, brother Duane and a 
nephew, Randy Hysell.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, 
Belding, with Pastor Mike Jones of Smyrna Bible Church officiating.  Interment 
will follow in Smyrna Cemetery.  Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 7 to 
9 p.m. at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be given to Smyrna 
Bible Church.
