Milton Trask of Keene, formerly a resident of this village, died Monday morning at his home after an illness of only nine hours. He sang at a funeral Sunday afternoon and was apparently in good health until taken ill at eight o’clock. The funeral was held at the home this afternoon conducted by Revs. Chas. Nease and J. H. Wesbrook. Deceased has always been well known in Lowell, having spent all his life here until the last few years. He was at one time in the furniture factory business of Kopf, Hill & Trask. He was also connected with the M. E. church here. About fifteen years ago he moved to Manistee, and after engaging in the furniture business there about two years came back and moved to Keene. Deceased leaves a wife, two daughters and a great many friends throughout this vicinity.
