Nov. 9, 2018 SANDRA KAY TREYNOR, 64 Sandra Kay Treynor, 64, of Belding passed away Monday November 5, 2018 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus in Grand Rapids. Sandra was born in Greenville on March 26, 1954. Sandy is loved and survived by her husband Tom, children; Kathy Wilson, Mikayla Treynor, Jessica (Howard) Cook, grandchildren; Chad Closser, Brett Wilson, Ryan Yanke, Logan and Dylan Cook, sisters; Sue (David) Young and Sharon Plumb, Aunt Pat Miner and Aunt Mary Byrne, several nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, her parents; Harold and Maggie McCarthy. her In-Laws; Marian Treynor Whitford, Harry Treynor and Ted Whitford, her brother Matt McCarthy and son Kevin Lyons, brother-in-law; Mike Treynor, sisters-in-law; Jane Treynor Sweet and Bonnie (Ted) Albert. Sandy was a graduate of Belding High School Class of 1972. She was previously employed with Amway Corporation as a switchboard operator receptionist, and as a cook with Belding Schools, retiring in 2015. Ssndy loved her family. Her grandsons kept her busy with sporting events and band, which she enjoyed. She liked caring for the birds, especially watching cardinals, woodpeckers and hummingbirds. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be 1:00 PM Monday, November 12, 2018 at the First Congregational Church, Belding (Corner of Pearl & Washington St.s) with Pastor Paul Hulford officiating. A time of visitation will be Sunday, November 11, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the church. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to help with medical expenses. Envelopes will be available at the church or at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding where funeral care has been entrusted. Private interment will take place in Orleans Cemetery, Orleans.
