TREYNOR Harry C. Treynor, 29, of Belding, associate Grand Patron of the Order of the Eastern Star of Michigan, died Tuesday in an automobile accident three miles north of Charlotte. He was a member of the Belding Congregational church and choir. member of the Masonic lodge F& AM and Doric Chapter 75 of the Order of Eastern Star, he was associate grand patron of the Michigan OES. Mr. Treynor was born in Ionia, October 23, 1921 and at the time of his death resided at 4234 Belding road. A veteran of World War II, he served with the United States Navy in the South pacific two years. He was employed as a master mechanic at Ranney refrigerator Company in Greenville. He was a member of the Good fellowship club and the Serenaders of Belding. He was a director of Green school district and was a director of Green school district and was its secretary. Survivors include his wife, Marian Burt Treynor; two daughters, Bonnie and Jane, and two sons, Michael and Tom, all at home; his father and step-mother, Mr. and Mrs. Asa Treynor of Orleans; a sister, Mrs. Wayne (Isabelle) Smith of Ionia. His mother preceded him in death in 1947. Funeral arrangements were made by Huffman funeral home, Belding, and services will be Saturday at the Central methodist church in Belding at 2 p.m.. The Rev. Thomas Rebentisch will officiate and will be assisted by the Rev. H.B.Johnson and the grand officers of the grand chapter of Michigan Order of Eastern Star. Burial will be at Orleans cemetery. Bearers will be Stanley Karas, Merritt Bryant, Ray Livermore, Dale Howe, Lee Ranney and Adair Simmons.
