Ionia Sentinel – Thursday, 20 November 1958
Peter J. Trierweiler, 55, of Divine highway, passed away at his home Wednesday 
morning.  He is survived by his wife, Gertrude, three daughters, Mrs. Donna 
Martin of Kalamazoo, Mrs. Anna Marie Waldron of Grand Ledge and Miss Diana 
Trierweiler of Portland; three sons, Ronald, Harold and Thomas of Portland; 
seven grandchildren, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Trierweiler of 
Portland; seven sisters, Sister Elizabeth Bernard of Nazareth at Kalamazoo, 
Sister Evangeline of Wyandotte, Mrs. Bernita Wilcox of Detroit, Mrs. Regina 
Albert of Wisconsin, Mrs. Agnes Gross of Portland, Miss Rita Trierweiler and 
Mrs. Florence Shindorf of Belding; four brothers Joseph, Math, Leo and 
Sylvester of Portland.

Rosary will be recited at the home on Divine Highway, Thursday at 8 pm.  
Funeral services will be held Friday at 9:30 am at St. Patrick church in 
Portland with the Rev. Fr. Lewis Flohe officiating.  Burial will be in 
Portland cemetery.
