Ionia Shopper's Guide - April 7, 2007

Donald P. Trierweiler, age 79, of Westphalia, passed away o April 1, 2007. He 
is survived by his wife of 57 years, Germaine; daughter, Susan (Larry) Simons 
of DeWitt; sons, David of Lansing, Gary (Fiancee Monica) of Westphalia, and 
Timothy of Frankenmuth; 5 grandchildren; Chad, Scott, Jakob, Gregg, and Ana; 3 
great-grandchildren; Austin, Lawrence, and Erin; 2 brothers; Stan (Dorothy) and 
Gerald (Jeanette); sister Joann (David) Spitzley; and sister-in-law, Eileen 
Trierweiler. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated by Rev. Cecilio Reyna, 
Wednesday, April 4 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Westphalia. Rite of Committal 
followed at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements by Schrauben-Lehman 
Westphalia Funeral Chapel, 210 N. Westphalia St. Contributions may be made to 
the Trierweiler family in Don’s name.
