Trowbridge, 54, of 536 East Main street, died at his home Wednesday morning, following an illness of three weeks. He was born in Ronald township on November 11, 1882, and is survived by his wife, from whom he was estranged; two daughters, Mrs. Bernice M. Dickerson of Pontiac, and Mrs. Helen E. Moore, who resided with her father; three sisters, Mrs. F. Blystone of Ionia, Mrs. Eva Heath of Palo, and Mrs. Edith Marrs of South Haven; four brothers, Forest of Ronald township, Floyd of Great Falls, Mont., George of Detroit, and Ross of Covington, Ky., and eight grandchildren. He lived in the village of Palo for a number of years, where he sang in the choir of the Methodist church. For the past 19 years he has resided in Ionia where his business was that of painting and decorating. Funeral arrangements are not completed. ---- Funeral services for Clyde H. Trowbridge, 536 East Main Street, who died Wednesday were held from the Myers funeral home Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock with Rev. Louis Herrick of Palo officiating. Music was furnished by Mrs. Louis Herrick. Bearers were Henry ??, ??Evans, Curtis Luce, and ?? Hargraves. Interment was in the family lot at Palo cemetery.
