The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Monday, December 2, 1935
Funeral services for Louis O. Trowbridge will be held Tuesday afternoon at the 
Stone funeral home with Rev. Paul Stewart officiating and burial at Highland 
Park cemetery.

Mr. Trowbridge died Friday evening following an illness of several months, but 
had been working at the Ionia Pottery until a few weeks ago when he was 
confined to his bed.  Mrs. Trowbridge died about six years ago.  They came to 
Ionia from Kansas about 15 years ago, when Mr. Trowbridge went to work for the 
Ionia Pottery.

Surviving him are one brother in Ohio and a brother-in-law, Louis Smoot of 
Belding.
