Ionia Sentinel, 1984

Emma E. Trueblood, 65, of Carson City, former Muir resident, died at her
residence Saturday evening.  Born Oct. 17, 1919, in Salem, Ind., she was the
daughter of Walter and Clara Trueblood.  She graduated from Ionia High School. 
She was a member of the Carson City United Methodist Church and past president
of the district Wesley Service Guild.  

Surviving are two sisters, Gladys Miles of Portland and Myrtle Harter of Carson
City.  

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. from the Carson City United Methodist
church, the Rev. Paul Mazur officiating.  Burial will be in Carson City
Cemetery.  The family will be at the funeral home Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7
to 9 p.m. and visitors may call from 9 a.m. until service time Tuesday.  A
memorial has been established for Carson City United Methodist Church. 
Arrangements have been made by Schnepp Funeral Home, Carson City.
