Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, 5 Oct 1940

Frank A. Truesdall died at his home in Ronald township Friday.  He was born at 
the home in Ronald, April 12, 1872, the son of Julius A. and Mary Truesdall.  
His life’s occupation was farming.

Surviving are the wife, Lena, two sons, Ford and Julius, of Ronald, three 
grandchildren, four sisters, Mrs. Dora Martin of Ionia, Mrs. Jennie Martin of 
St. Johns, Mrs. Alvin Rider of Ionia, and Mrs. Bertha Carter of Ionia, one 
brother, Edward, of Muir.  Two daughters, Mary Esther and Sarah Ann, are 
deceased and also one sister, Mrs. Addie Reeder.

Funeral services will be held from the North Plains church Tuesday afternoon at 
2 p.m. with interment in North Plains cemetery.  The casket will be opened at 
the church from 1 o’clock Tuesday afternoon until service time.
