Former Resident Dies in Hospital

Ernie Trumpower, 56, of Evart, son of the late Nelson Trumpower and Mrs. Lillian
Parker of Phoenix, Ariz., died Friday night at the Veterans hospital, Saginaw.

Although in ill health for several years, he had been a patient at the hospital
for about a month and underwent surgery there about 3 weeks ago.  Mr. Trumpower,
a former resident lived here when younger before moving north.  Fifteen months
ago on this date his father passed away.

Surviving are his wife Mabel of Evart, his mother and sister Dorothy of Phoenix
Ariz.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at Reed City, with burial in Lakeside
cemetery, Lake Odessa.

Ernie was a nephew of Dan Archer of Lake Odessa.
