Lake Odessa Wave Thurs. December 19. 1957

GEORGE TRYON DIED FRIDAY
George F. Tryon, 76, of route 2, Lake Odessa passed away at Pennock Hospital, 
Hastings Friday forenoon. He  had been a patient there for three days following 
a stroke.

A retired carpenter, he moved to his home on Jordan Lake Road, three years ago 
from Sunfield where he lived for twenty-two year and was a lifelong resident of 
this area.

Surviving are his wife, Pansy; one daughter, Mrs.Arthur Miller and a son, Arden, 
both of Detroit.

Funeral services were held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at the Pickens Funeral Chapel 
with burial in Lakeside cemetery. Rev. A.J. Pitman officiated.
