Portland Review & Observer
Former Portland Resident Dies in Florida Recently.
Word was received in Portland of the death of a former Portland resident, Oliver 
Tschopp in St Cloud, Florida.
Mr. Tschopp, a former jeweler in Portland was married at one time to Gladys 
Goodwin, and later married Beatrice Norton, a former teacher at the Michigan 
School for the Blind, who survives him.
Services were held Wednesday in St. Cloud for Mr. Tschopp.


Additional Comments:
Mr. Tschopp was the owner of a gas station on the corner of E. Grand River Ave. 
and East St. in Portland. He was a veteran of World War 1. Burial: Portland 
Cemetery, Portland, Michigan.
