The Ionia Daily Sentinel, Tuesday, December 6, 1910


Mrs. Mary E. Tucker, of Chattanooga, Tenn., died a few days ago at her home 
there.  She was a sister of Mrs. John McCrath who recently visited in Ionia and 
was 80 years of age and over.  She left a son and daughter, her death taking 
place at the home of the latter.  She has lived in Chattanooga for many years, 
but formerly lived in Ionia.  She was Mary Dunks and her old home was west of 
the Disciple church on Washington street, about where Mrs. Webber’s house now 
stands.
