John E. Tucker, age 53, passed away on Monday, April 21, 2014.  He was born on 
August 24, 1960 in Ionia, MI the son of Samuel and Gladys (Ralph) Tucker. 

Mr. Tucker worked at GenCorp until the plant closed, and went on to work at 
Ventra, in press line maintenance from 1996 until the present time.  John 
enjoyed making model cars, tinkering with many different things, and enjoyed 
spending time on the computer.  He also enjoyed photography and going to family 
gatherings. 

Preceding him in death were his parents; wives, Theresa (Witter) Tucker and 
Debra (Ward) Tucker; infant daughter, Amanda; brothers, Samuel and Robert; 
sister, Clara.  Surviving are his son, Patrick (Kendal) Tucker; sister, Bertha 
(Wayne) Baldwin. 

A Memorial Service will be held at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at 
Lehman Funeral Homes, 220 Rich Street, Ionia, with Pastor Kenneth Harger of 
Shiloh Community Church presiding.  Interment will follow at Balcom Cemetery, 
Ionia.  The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of the 
service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
