The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, September 11, 1967
Mrs. Mabel Tucker, 78, of 7645 Bell road, Clarksville, died early Sunday 
morning.  She was born September 15, 1888 in Woodland and in 1906 was married 
to Ernest Tucker and has been a resident of Clarksville since.  A member of 
Clarksville Order of Eastern Star, South Boson grange, South Boston Bible 
church, she was also a 50-year member of Ionia county extension club.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Jean Harker of Saranac, Mrs. Boneita Atkins 
of Marlette; one son Kenneth of Clarksville; eight grandchildren and six great 
grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Heithamer and Mrs. Florence Brodbeck, 
both of Woodland; one brother Theodore Jordan of Woodland.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. from Morris Roetman funeral home in 
Saranac with Rev. Joseph Everett of the South Boston Bible church 
officiating.  Interment will be in South Boston cemetery.
