Paul N. “Sarge” Tupes, age 89, of Grand Rapids, formerly of Ionia passed away
March 20, 2015, in Grand Rapids.  He was born Feb. 25, 1926, in Colorado, the
son of Clyde and Ruby Tupes.

Paul as a past member of Shiloh Community Church and a life member of the
Sheridan VFW Post.  He was a Platoon Leader in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Friday March 27, 2015, at Lake Funeral
Home in Ionia.  Visitation will be held Thursday 3-5 p.m. at the funeral home. 
Interment Sunset Memorial Gardens.
