Dean S. Tyler, 78, of Gobles, died on Sat., Sept. 28, 2002 in Allegan.  Dean S.
Tyler was born on Nov. 25, 1923, to Florence Smith and Veryl Tyler.  He was in
the Navy during World War II and a member of the VFW in Otsego.

He is survived by two sons: Michael D. Tyler of Lakeland, Fla., and David L.
Tyler of Kalamazoo; granddaughters, Jessica Butler and Julie Tyler; grandson,
Shaun Tyler of Lakeland, Fla.; great-grandchildren, Autumn and Christopher
Butler of Lakeland; grandsons, Craig and Andrew Tyler of Kalamazoo;
great-grandchildren, Kayla and Zachary Tyler of Kalamazoo; a sister, Mignonne
Hodnett of Chico, Calif.; two nephews and a niece.

There will be a grave side service at 1 p.m., Nov. 15 at the Portland Cemetery.
