Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard - Monday, Nov. 20, 1961

Mrs. Lena Tyler, 75, died Saturday at Brinks convalescent home in Ionia.

She was born April 7, 1886 in Ionia county. She was married to Oscar W. Sage 
and later to Elmer Tyler, who died in 1936.

Mrs. Tyler is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Charles Reece of Belding; two 
sons, Forest L. Sage of Belding, and Norman O. Sage of Bath; one sister, Mrs. 
Charles Groves of Pontiac; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at Huffman funeral home in Balding Tuesday at 2 pm with 
interment at Muir cemetery, The Rev. Howard E. Bull of Saranac will officiate.
