Manhester, Indiana passed away unexpectedly Friday, December 21, at the Wabash County Hospital after a short illness of four days. She was a native of N.Manchester and married Daniel Ulrey June 16 1917, he passed away August 3, 1954. Mrs. Ulrey was employed as a cook at N.Manchester College. The family resided in the local area for a number of years and their children graduated from the Woodland school. They resided where the Gerald Augst family now live, southwest of town when the moved to Indiana. She was a member of the Old German Baptist church. Surviving are sons Robert S. of N. Manchester, Indiana, and Lloyd of Lansing and a daughter Mrs.Ruby Hynes of East Lansing; two half brothers; two half sisters, one of which is Mrs.Ora Fry now of N.Manchester and eight grandchildren. Funeral services and burial were held Sunday, December 23, at N.Manchester, Ind.
