                             ELMER M.URIE

Elmer M. Urie, 55 of Union, Portland, died of a heart attack Tuesday morning. He 
operated a taxi service in Portland and was a World War II Veteran.

Surviving are two sons, Kevin and Eugene, and two daughters, Nancy and Mickey; 
mother, Mrs.Ella Urie of Charlotte, and a brother, Charles of Charlotte.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 pm at Neller Funeral Home in Portland. 
Rev. Albert Bytwork of Christian Reformed Church in Charlotte will officiate. 
Interment will be at Danby Cemetery.

Bearers are George and John Bryner, Ben Martin, Donald Hafer, Maurice Taylor and 
Jack Urie.
