Ed Urshel Dies At Age of 80, Wed.

Ed Urshel, 80, passed away at the Traverse City State hospital, Wednesday 
morning from pneumonia. He had been a patient there for three years. Mr. and 
Mrs. Urshel had been residents here for twelve years living on the Mrs. Charles 
Huntzinger farm northwest of town until she oved here with her daughter after 
the farms were sold. 

Surviving are his wife Elizabeth, four daughters; Mrs. Edna Anway of Lake 
Odessa, Mrs. Irene Bollo, Mrs. Ed Fackender and Mrs. Marguerite Montgomery, two 
sons, Joe and Wallace Urshel, all of Detroit, 29 grandchildren and 20 great-
grandchildren.

Mr. Urshel was taken to Detroit where arrangements will be made for funeral 
services and burial.
