Ilene (McPherson) Usler, 82, formerly of Ionia, passed away on Tuesday, March 
18, 2003 in Henderson, Nevada.

Ilene was born in Ionia on July 21, 1920 to Don and Irene McPherson.  She 
graduated from Belding High School with the class of 1938, and furthered her 
education in Grand Rapids where she earned a license to become a hair 
technician.

Ilene is survived by her sons Robert (Dawn) White of Sterling Heights and Ron 
Rodriguez of Henderson, Nevada, one daughter Donna (John) Lukens of Henderson, 
Nevada, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and her sister Thelma 
(John) Strickling, of Ionia.

She was preceded in death by her parents Don and Irene McPherson, two 
brothers, N. J. and Gene McPherson and also two sisters Wilma Trebian and Lee 
Ila Fancett.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the First Assembly of 
God Church in Ionia.
