Lillian E. (Duckworth) Vallad, 79, of Woodard Lake, Ronald Township, passed 
away late Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2015 at Spectrum Health-United Memorial 
Hospital, Greenville.

The daughter of Edward and Edith (Taylor) Duckworth, she was born on May 21, 
1936 in Eaton Rapids.

On June 15, 1954, in Williamston, she married Jack Vallad and they enjoyed 
61 years of marriage. Lillian also worked very hard in two family 
businesses, Vallad Electric and Vallad Concessions. She also was a wonderful 
mother and wife, raising three children. In her free time, she served as 
President of the Inoia J.C>ettes and loved decorating her home with 
antiques.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Bertha Martin; 
brother,Edward Duckworth.

Burial in Woodard Lake cemetery.
