Hasting's Reminder - Saturday March 25, 2023

                 Alice Marie Forshey-Luscher

Alice Marie Forshey-Luscher, age 80, of Lake Odessa, MI passed away on Saturday, 
March 18, 2023.

Alice was born on September 8, 1942 in Lansing to Clarence and Ethel 
Dravenstatt.

She was a very loving and caring mother, grandmother. Alice was a dedicated 
pillar to the Lake Odessa Community, helping both as paramedic and later 
providing many meals to people who needed.

She will be forever missed by her children, Brett Vandecar, Dave 
(Aimee)Vandecar, Dan Vandecar, grandchildren, Shelbie (Camron) Warren, Courtnie 
(Taylor) Stidham and Cole Vadecar; great-grandchildren, Atticus, Bristol, Hank, 
Rhett; sister, Betty (Robert) Begerow, many nieces and nephews along with too 
many friends to list.

Alice was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, David Vandecar, 
second, Monty Forshey, third husband, Kenneth Luscher; sisters, Peggy, Vera, 
Dorothy; brothers, Hazen, Melvin and Myron.

Visitation and i ere planned at Koops Funeral Chapel, Friday, March 24, 2023. 
Burial took place immediately following in Lakeside Cemetery next to David 
Vandecar. A Luncheon followed at Cunningham Acres after the graveside.

Donations can be given to the family to help with final expenses.
