THOMAS J. VanDenBULKE
Thomas J. VanDenBulke, 26, of 12236 Polara drive, Sterling Heights, died Thursday at
Sinai hospital in Detroit following heart surgery.

He was the husband of Susan Ciganick, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Ciganick of
Ionia.

He was born March 3, 1948 in Mount Clemens the son of Julian and Lucille Ameloot 
VanDenBulke.

Besides his wife, Susan, he leaves a daughter, Michelle; Mother, Mrs. Lucille
(VanDenBulke) Spadafore; and a sister, Mrs. Judith Hughes of Sterling Heights; paternal
grandparents, Mrs. and Mrs. Archie VanDenBulke.

Funeral services will be Monday at 9:30 a.m at the William Sullivan and Son Funeral
home at 8459 Hall road, Utica.

Services will also be conducted at the St. Ephrem Catholic church at Sterling 
Heights,Monday at 10 am. Interment will be at the Resurrection cemetery at Mount 
Clemens.

Rosary will be recited Sunday at 7 pm at the funeral home.

A memorial has been established for the Michigan Heart Association.
