Joyce VanDomelen, 61, of rural Belding passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2003, at 
her home.  She was born November 13, 1941 in Belding, the daughter of Russell 
and Bessie Grow Boundy. 

Joyce graduated from Belding High School with the class of 1959.  She was a 
member of American Legion Post 203 Ladies Auxiliary.  She was married to 
Stephen Lambertson in 1959 and he preceded her in death in 1980.  She later 
married Edward VanDomelen in 1982 and he preceded her in 2002.  Joyce also was 
preceded in death by her parents and her stepfather, Harvey Rich.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Greg Gale of 
Belding; grandchildren, Amanda McWhinney, Pete Gale, Brent Gale, Buddy Gale; 
great-grandchildren, Madison Earl and McKenzie Earl; sisters and brother, 
Gloria and Candelario Jaramillo of Stanton, Marcele and Lanny Peters of 
Arizona, Greg Rich of Grand Rapids, Ginger and Gary Scofield of Stanton.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place.  Memorial services are 1 
p.m. Monday at Shiloh Community Church with Pastor Ken Harger officiating.  
Visitation is one hour prior to the service.  Memorials may be given to 
American Legion Post 203 Ladies Auxiliary.  Funeral services were entrusted to 
Johns-Feuerstein Home, Belding.
