Lester Bailey officiating. Burial will be in Easton cemetery. Mr. VanHetloo, who lived at Michigan Veterans facility in Grand Rapids, died there Thursday afternoon following a lengthy illness. He was born October 25, 1899, the son of Mary and Theodore VanLoo. He lived in Ionia 35 years before moving to Grand Rapids where he has lived since. He was a WWI veteran and member of American Legion. He leaves two sons, Warren VanHetloo of Minneapolis, Minn., and Gordon of Inkster; one daughter, Mrs. Donald Olsen of North Chicago, Ill.; nine grandchildren; two brothers William VanLoo of Grand Rapids and Carl of Denver, Colo.; a sister, Mrs. Johanna Karsten of Grand Rapids.
