Ionia Sentinel Standard, 1 May 1947

Mrs. Pearl M. VanHouten, 67, of 506 West Riverside Drive, died at the Ionia
County Memorial hospital Thursday morning after a short illness.  She was born
December 9, 1879 in Woodland township and in 1903 married Jay B. VanHouten in
Ionia.  She lived in Ionia and Edmore most of her life.
