The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, November 30, 1981

Mayme E. Van Polen, 82, of Keefer Highway, rural Sunfield, died Saturday in 
Grand Rapids.  She was born March 28, 1899 in Newaygo.

She is survived by her husband Albert; three daughters, Mrs. John (Marie) 
Calveneau of Grand Rapids, Mrs. Frieda Wright of Eagle, and Mrs. Lester 
(Eunice) Vandertill of Grandville.  One daughter, Jeanette Sivyer, preceded 
her in death.  Also surviving are 12 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. from the Neller Funeral Home, with 
the Rev. Julius Vigh officiating.  Burial will be in Danby Cemetery.
