Services Held for Roy VanSickle

Roy E.VanSickle, 85, of Route 1, Vermontville, passed away early Saturday 
morning at the Grand Rapids Osteopathic Hospital. He was born October 19, 1882, 
in New York state, the son of George A. and Augusta (Howland) VanSickle. As a 
small boy he came to Michigan with his parents and was a resident of Grandville 
until moving to the Vermontville area 25 years ago. he was a retired carpenter.

His wife, Effie G.VanSickle, preceded him in death in 1958.

Mr.VanSickle repsoed at the Pickens Fuenral Chapel inLake Odessa where sevices 
were held onMonday, September 30, at 1:30. rev. Elnar Unseth officiated with 
burial int he Wyoming Township Cemetery.
