Ionia Weekly Standard, Fri. July 22, 1887
Mrs. Matthew Van Vleck of Palo died on Saturday afternoon last, at the extreme 
age of 90 years, six months and one day. The funeral services were held on 
Monday afternoon in the Baptist church. Rev. D.B. Munger conducted the services, 
assisted by Rev. F. N. Janes.
