VENNEMAN
Marilyn Joyce Venneman age 83 of Saranac, MI. went to be with her Lord on June 17,
2018. She was born on July 8, 1934 in Grand Rapids,MI the daughter of Stephen and Icyle 
(Meyer)Wilson. She married Vernon Venneman on March 22, 1958. Marilyn loved fishing
camping, the outdoors, board games, baseball and playing with her grandchildren.
Family was very important to her as well as the Lowell Nazarene Church. She is survived by
her husband of 60 years Vernon Venneman of Saranac; children David Venneman of 
Ionia,Karen (Ken) Seiler of Saranac; brother-in-law James Christman of Ypsilanti;
sister-in-laws; Joann Childs of Lowell, Ellen Warner of Ionia; grandchildren David Brian
Venneman of Grandvile ,Norah (Jason) Almquist of Henrietta, Dennis Venneman of Cadillac, Michael
Venneman of Ionia, Kristyn (Robert) Sleigh of Ionia, Katelyn (Donavan) Seiler
Thompson of Indiana, Kendall Seiler of Saranac and 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in
death by her parents, 2 brothers, Leonard and Leon,  3 sisters, Eleanor, Lucille and
Phyllis.

A celebration of life will be held at the Lowell  Nazarene church on Thursday, June
28 at 1 PM , with Pastor Mark Hardy officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the
service at the church. Those wishing, may make memorial contributions to the Lowell Nazarene
