Duell Vibber, 81, of Lake Odessa died Thursday morning at 2 o’clock at Cook’s 
Rest Home in Ionia where he had been a patient for three weeks.  

He was born July 27, 1873, in northern Michigan, the son of John and Elizabeth 
Vibber.  He lived most of his life in Lake Odessa.  His wife, Sarah, died 19 
years ago.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Greta Pardee and Mrs. Shelia Feess of 
Lansing and Mrs. Catherine Rairigh of Clarksville; one sons, Ralph Vibber of 
Grand Rapids; one brother, Richard Vibber of Ionia and 19 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock at Pickens 
funeral chapel with the Rev. Paul Robinson of the Central Methodist church 
officiating.  Interment will be at Lakeside cemetery.
