Ionia County News, 2 Sep 1926

The funeral of Mrs. Lynda Villa, 52, former resident of this city, who died at
Butterworth hospital at Grand Rapids last Sunday night, was held Wednesday
morning from Our Lady of Sorrows church at Grand Rapids.  Interment was made in
Mt. Calvary cemetery there.  Her death was due to an operation for the removal
of a tumor.  She, with her husband, conducted an ice cream parlor here many
years ago where the Eckert market is now located.  She is survived by her
father, Louis Cavagnaro, of Ionia; three sisters, Mrs. M. Agostini of Ionia,
Mrs. J. Martini and Mrs. A. Clark, both of Grand Rapids.
