The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, March 6, 1975

Arthur C. Vincent, 59, of 117 Caroline, Portland, died unexpectedly Wednesday 
at the Ingham Medical hospital in Lansing.  Death was due to a heart 
condition.  Born in Muir March 26, 1915, he had lived in Portland 40 years.  
He was the son of Fred and Rose Heather Vincent.

He had been employed by TRW in Portland in engineering 20 years until his 
retirement due to ill health.  He was a member of the Portland Congregational 
church.

Among his survivors are his wife, Adell; son, Richard of Lansing, and 
daughter, Sharon Vincent of Portland; sister; Mrs. Lorene Moyer of Portland.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Neller funeral home in 
Portland.  Rev. Bernard Cotton will officiate and interment will be at the 
Portland cemetery.  Bearers will be Bruce Hamlin, James Moses, Harold Gates, 
Gordon Krey, Robert Olmstead and Richard Kindervater.
