Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard - Thursday, Nov. 29, 1962

Fred Vincent, 82, of route one, Sunfield, retired farmer and former Ionia 
county resident, died early Thursday morning at his home following a short  
illness. 

He was born September 19, 1880 in England and attended Grove county school in 
Ionia county. He was married in Ionia November 11, 1911 to Rose Heather and 
worked as a blacksmith in Ionia and Muir several years.

Survivors include his wife Rose, one son, Arthur of Portland, a daughter, Mrs. 
Herbert Moyer of Portland, and four grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at Myers funeral home Saturday at 2 p.m. with burial at 
Oak Hill cemetery.
