BELDING- Roy F. Vincent, 78, of 407 Demorest Street, died Dec. 17, at United 
Methodist Hospital in Greenville.

He was born Nov. 12, 1912, at Cross Village, the son of Delbert and Mary 
Vincent. He married Leona Townsend on Nov. 18, 1933 in Corunna. He was 
affiliated with Vincent's Flower Shop in Ionia from 1928 to 1957. In 1957 he 
became proprietor of Roy's Greenhouse in Belding. He retired in 1974.

He was a member of St. Joseph's Church, Belding, a member of the Ionia Elks 
Lodge, and a former member of Ionia Moose Lodge.

He is survived by his wife, Leona; two daughters, Mary Kreeger of Belding, and 
Donna Ciganik of Greenville; a son, Jerry Vincent of Belding; six 
grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren. 

Funeral services will be held 12:00 p.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph's Church in 
Belding, with the Rev. Sharlon Mason officiating.

Wake-rosary service will be held Tuesday at 8 p.m. at Huffman Funeral Home, 
Belding. 

Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Ionia. Committal service will be held at 
3 p.m.

The family will be at the funeral home Tuesday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. 
to 9 p.m.

A memorial has been established for St. Joseph's Church, in care of the funeral 
home.
